Withdrawal information
For purchases in the jewellery shop you have a right of withdrawal of 14 days as a consumer, except for pieces made to your specifications. The information below is the statutory model text. The quickest way to withdraw is Withdraw from contract. There is no right of withdrawal for booking the cabin (rental terms).
1Withdrawal information for jewellery and other goods
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at staldnordkap.dk/en/withdrawal-form. If you use this option, we will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by email) without delay, with information about the content of the statement and the date and time of its receipt.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
Details to follow: who bears the cost of returning the goods
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
2Withdrawal information for gift vouchers
This information applies to vouchers you receive as a code by email. If I send you a paper voucher, the information for goods applies.

3When there is no right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalised (§ 312g(2) no. 1 BGB, § 18(2) no. 3 forbrugeraftaleloven).
With me this mainly concerns:
- jewellery from your own horse’s hair,
- pieces that I make specially to your specifications, for example with an engraving or as a resin casting to your design,
- pieces in a freely chosen length that does not come from a fixed list of sizes.
You do have a right of withdrawal, for example, for:
- finished pieces from my horses’ hair, even if you choose a design from the catalogue,
- pieces in a size from a fixed list,
- pieces with pendants that can be removed and exchanged without damage.
Whether your piece has a right of withdrawal is shown in the summary before you order.
4Withdrawal via the website
You can reach the Withdraw from contract function throughout the withdrawal period via the footer of every page and via the link in your order confirmation. You do not need an account.
- Enter the order number from your order confirmation (for example B-2026-0001), the email address used for the order and your name. You do not have to give a reason, but you can add a statement.
- Click “Withdraw from contract”. You see your details again and can change them.
- Click “Confirm withdrawal”. Your withdrawal has then been submitted.
- You immediately receive an acknowledgement of receipt by email with the content of your statement and the date and time of receipt (Danish time).
You can also withdraw informally by email, by letter or with the model withdrawal form. I will then get in touch about the return and the refund.
